Q. How do you ensure quality?

A. To ensure quality and maintain integrity, all membership enrollment applications are pre-screened prior to allowing access to the site.  Limited Access members are here to learn and Full Access members are here to set a professional example and demonstrate expertise. 

Full Access members may be asked for references since these members will be offering expertise or providing education elsewhere, in person. 

Any member found to be in violation of the terms and conditions agreed upon when joining, will be downgraded or removed from membership without reimbursement.

To ensure consistent, accurate, quality educational materials, all proposed educational content is screened and must be submitted through admin@teacourse.com   Content is provided by a variety of tea professionals for the most up to date, accurate information available.  At times, certain subject matter may be based on opinion or a variety of tea traditions, ceremonies, and beliefs.
