Q. Questions about PayPal?

A. If you are thinking about joining Tea Course and are wondering how we accept payment, there are a few options, but we prefer to use PayPal. If you are already a member and have questions about updating your payment information with PayPal, read on:

PayPal provides our online credit card processing and easily integrates a monthly payment (called a subscription payment) and streamlines our Affiliate bonus payouts.  When you join Tea Course, you will be guided to a secure page via PayPal where you should create your own PayPal account if you do not already have one. 

A PayPal account keeps your credit card and personal information private and secure.  PayPal is accepted by thousands of businesses online.  Be sure to affiliate your actual credit card mailing/billing address with your PayPal account so that your credit cards are approved properly - this is a security measure in the PayPal system.

To learn more about PayPal, go to www.paypal.com  Whenever you want to check your PayPal account to see if you have made a payment or if you are purchasing from other online vendors, you can easily look up your payment history and account details at PayPal.  Just keep your log in information as provided to you when you sign up for PayPal.

If you are not already registered with PayPal, you will be directed how to do so when you attempt to join Tea Course and make payment. 

From time to time, you should log in to your PayPal account and check the status of the credit card you have associated with your PayPal account.  You may receive notices by email from PayPal to remind you to make updates when a credit card is due to expire.  If you have forgotten to update your credit card, your payment to Tea Course may fail - generating an email to us that payment has failed.  In this case, PayPal keeps trying automatically until the payment goes through.  Please keep your information up to date.

SECURITY NOTICE:  Do not ever click on anything in an email you think is from PayPal. It is safer to open a new web browser and go to www.paypal.com and log in and check to see if something needs updating.  (Sometimes emails that appear to be from PayPal are not, so you must be careful.  Read about security guidelines in your own PayPal account.)

Remember, payment to Tea Course is a monthly membership fee.  PayPal refers to the payment as a Subscription.  When you need to check on it, simply go to your PayPal account and search or check your Account History for "Subscriptions"  If you wish to cancel your membership with Tea Course at anytime, you will do so directly through PayPal - by cancelling your Subscription - thereby deleting your log in and membership with Tea Course.
